Dr. Stephen Moore
CEO
Dr. Stephen Moore is a clinical psychologist with a special focus in human motivational behaviors. Dr. Moore completed his doctorate degree at Texas Tech University and his doctoral internship at Baylor College of Medicine. Growing up in an HVAC family has brought him years of hands-on experience of every aspect of the business. During the past 15 years, he has experienced exponential growth each year through detailed research trials of direct mail, telemarketing, and Internet marketing programs to drive A/C system sales and customer loyalty programs. He brings those years of learning and financial investment to all Airsmart Solutions clients through practical, successful tools that have proven track records of success. |

Alexander de Ridder
VP Information Technology
Alexander De Ridder has had a passion for IT since childhood. He studied Computer Science and applied Mathematics at University of Ghent, Europe and developed many new concepts in research. As an out-of-the-box thinker, he applied himself to understand the sales and business processes by first-hand experience, and consequently joined Markee, a first-rate marketing organization as an Internet Development Wizard. While in Europe, he worked with Citi Financial, Orange Group, Procter & Gamble Co, Government, J&B, Intercoiffure and Draft Solutions Marketing. In the United States, he worked for 2 years under National Group Financial Services, where he developed next generation sales methodology integration and extensive business intelligence solutions from the ground up. You may bump into him at conferences such as PHPtek and RubyConf. Currently, AirSmart Solutions is proud to partner with Alexander to provide IT leadership and create innovations in VOIP Home Automation and Internet Marketing Technology. |

Charlotte Sherwood
VP Marketing
During the past 16 years, Charlotte Sherwood has excelled in Account Management roles at top Houston advertising agency, Fogarty Klein & Partners and radio station, KLDE-FM. She also served as Brand Manager for Houston Cellular and Ashford.com where she developed marketing strategies and new customer acquisition programs that helped both companies substantially grow their business within these highly competitive industries. She most recently served as Director of Curriculum for Clear Channel Communications where she wrote and taught sales and leadership training programs for 8 years. Now, Charlotte brings her extensive background in advertising, marketing and sales to Airsmart Solutions to help our team and our clients gain clear competitive advantages in the marketplace. |

Matt Becker
Senior Project Manager
With 9 years experience in the IT world and 7 years development experience, Matt Becker has worked with clients as diverse as Volt Industries, Halliburton, JPL Industries (NASA), UCLA, Cox Communications, Kutak Rock LLP, Bank of the West, and Cost Plus, providing installation expertise and support on a variety of platforms. From 2000-2001 he was the first and sole technical lead for Marshal Software in the United States. In 2001 he managed a team of technicians, providing training and guidance in support and development. He created and managed multiple corporate web presences as well as the company data infrastructure and provided multiple face-to-face and virtual company presentations for customers. Matt worked as a member of the MailEnforcer development team from 2002 to 2009, designing, developing, and supporting the solution. Currently Matthew manages Internet technology and software development for Airsmart Solutions Web Framework platform. |
